What we collect: If you take part in the review: your WhatsApp number, your rating, your optional note, and the date you took part, along with technical data: your browser type and an encrypted fingerprint of your internet address, both deleted with your number. If you order from the shop: your name, your WhatsApp number, your city, your address, your delivery note, and what you ordered. We do not ask for your photo, and we never ask for card details, because payment is cash on delivery.
Why we collect it: To fulfil and deliver your order, to enter you into the draw, to contact you if you win, and to send you the shop’s offers.
Where it is stored: On servers in France, protected by encryption. Before your data leaves Libya we consider the adequacy of protection at every provider we use: hosting, the database, and the anti-abuse service. The courier operates inside Libya.
Who can see it: The shop management, and the courier who delivers your order: they receive your name, your number and your address, for that delivery only. We never sell your number or give it to any marketing party. We use technical providers to run the site: hosting, the database, and an anti-abuse service (Cloudflare) which receives your internet address when you submit.
Your review on the reviews page: We publish your review only if you agreed to it yourself, and it is published without your name and without your number.
How long we keep it: Twelve months from your last interaction, after which the number is deleted. Order data, meaning the name, address, number and delivery note, is deleted twelve months after the order. The amounts and the order number stay for accounting, with nothing that identifies you.
Your rights: You can ask for your data, its correction or its deletion at any time, and deletion covers your shop orders too. Send DELETE or "حذف" to +218934445144.
Stopping messages: Stop them straight away here — or send STOP or "إيقاف" at any time, free of charge, to +218934445144. We stop messaging you until you opt in again yourself.
What we never do: We never sell your data, never upload it to any advertising platform, and never publish your name.
